Welcome we are a 501(c)3) nonprofit organization focusing on Women's empowerment. We are a resource center providing the right tools to support our women to realize the change they have yearned for in there lives. We are base out of North Carolina, Soaring Butterflies seeks to improve the social- economic status of women. especially those who come from low-income and vulnerable communities.

Soaring Butterflies Inc. was established in 2020 by Charlene Mcmillan, Charlene is an ardent philanthropic who has devoted her life to advocating for gender quality changes. We seek to leverage her leadership and experience to become a leading organization by encouraging proactive participation of women and children in economic and social issues that shape their lives
